    We are taking our first trip to Disney on Easter weekend. We are staying at the Art of Animation resort. Can you tell me if there is any sort of chapel at Disney that would have a service on Easter Sunday?

    Hello Cathy!

    Like you, we like to celebrate certain holidays when we're on vacation.  Thankfully, Walt Disney World does offer services on holidays like Easter and Christmas.  Last year, both Catholic and Protestant services were held in a ballroom at Disney's Contemporary Resort.  I believe there were two times for the Catholic Mass and one Protestant service, all taking place before noon on Easter Sunday.  Specific times and locations will become available closer to the Easter holiday.  The Concierge Desk at Disney's Art of Animation Resort will be able to give you the information when you arrive.  You will want to plan on either taking a taxi to the Contemporary or taking your resort bus to Magic Kingdom Park and walking over to the Contemporary as parking will be hard to come by on a holiday.
