We are taking our first trip 11/18-11/23 to celebrate DS 2nd birthday. We want to visit the resorts to see the Christmas decor but won't have time to see all of them. Is there one that is a "not to be missed?" We are staying offsite.

Amanda you are bringing your little prince to the best spot on earth to celebrate a second birthday!

Just a monorail ride away from the Magic Kingdom, Disney's Grand Floridian Resort is an enchanting fantasy during the holidays. This elegant, easily accessible hotel has a magnificent five story tall lobby gilded with Victorian themed decorations that is stunning. Plus there is a giant gingerbread house you can walk in. Inside this sweet smelling confection you can purchase gingerbread cookies and holiday treats. An impressive number of Christmas trees, poinsettias, and wreaths are needed to create the Grand Floridian's festive atmosphere.

Please contact me if you have additional questions about planning your son's birthday visit. Enjoy!
