    We are taking our first family trip to Disney World from Sept 29-Oct 4/2013. Just trying to clarify the entry to the Halloween party. If we want to go to Animal Kingdom during the day we can attend the party at night. Its my sons 16th birthday that night.

    I'm so happy to hear you'll be spending your son's birthday enjoying Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party! Touring Disney's Animal Kingdom earlier in the day is a great plan. Be sure you've purchased your special admission event ticket to the party and you'll be all set. The event is considered a "hard ticket" party, meaning a base ticket or hopper will not allow you admittance into Magic Kingdom on these select evenings. All guests who plan to attend the party must have purchased the event ticket, but you are certainly welcome to use your Theme Park tickets earlier in the day, as you've planned.
