We are taking our first Disney vacation in June 2020. My question is about the dining plan. Does the dining plain start the day we check in and ends on the day we check out? We will be there for five nights. Checking in on Sunday and check out on Friday.

    Hello, Rachel!

Get ready to tie your napkin ‘round your neck, as you enjoy all the benefits included in a Disney Dining Plan!

There are 3 Disney Dining Plans offered to Disney Resort Hotel Guests; Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan, Disney Dining Plan, and Disney Deluxe Dining Plan. No matter which plan your family is about to enjoy, I guarantee you will be smiling as big as Winnie the Pooh does after a jar of honey! Your Dining Entitlements begin the day you check-in at 7 a.m. and expire at midnight on the day you check out. Throughout your stay you are able to track your entitlements using the My Disney Experience Mobile App, so be sure to download it before you arrive!

Don’t forget that with your Disney Dining Plan everyone in the included party, ages 3 and up, will receive a refillable drink mug. These mugs can be filled at any Quick-Service location inside any Disney Resort Hotel. (Pro-tip: I like to bring a mini dish soap and dish sponge with me to wash our mugs out nightly). I also suggest scheduling your Dining Reservations as soon as you know where you would like to dine. You are able to make dining reservations 180 days prior to your arrival, so be sure to do so as many restaurants fill up quickly!

I also recommend breakfast at Topolino’s Terrace-Flavors of the Riviera! Breakfast à la Art with Mickey & Friends includes some of your favorite pals dressed in new outfits uniquely designed to fit Topolino’s Terrace! Of course, you cannot go wrong with dining at Be Our Guest Restaurant. Did you know that you are able to use the Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan there for breakfast and lunch?

No matter where you choose to dine, I’m sure you will enjoy your meals! Don’t forget to enjoy a Mickey shaped snack, those are seriously the best!

    Bon appétit!
