We are taking our first Disney Cruise in November--there are 15 of us ranging from 2 yrs-61 yrs--we are so excited!! We have several shore excursions planned. I read somewhere that there is a transfer service fee to/from the port of $69/person roundtrip,

    Hi Tracy,

Welcome to the Moms Panel!  I once sailed with extended family and was thrilled at how easy it was to find something for every member of our family to enjoy!

The transfer service fee that I believe you are referring to is that between either Orlando International Airport or the Walt Disney World Resort.  Motorcoach service is provided for either $35 per person one way, or $69 per person round trip.

For a group of this size, it may be worth looking into a private van rental as it would more than likely be a bit more cost effective.  There are several companies that offer this service - a quick internet search will turn up a few!

You mentioned excursions in your question - so just in case that is what you were referring to, you should know that transportation for excursions booked through Disney Cruise Line will be included with the excursion price.

I hope this helps - have a great time!
