We are taking our first Disney Cruise in June. Some of the adult activities were sold out when it opened up for us. Is there a wait list for them or do you just have to go back and check to see if any space frees up?

    Ahoy Adrienne!

I'm so happy to hear you'll be sailing away on your first Disney Cruise in a few months - how exciting! You're going to be amazed at all the fun in store for you, and how you're made to feel like a VIP from the moment you board the ship. It's such an awesome, elegant, relaxing, fun-filled vacation, and you're about to make magical memories to last a lifetime!

I'm sorry to hear that some of the adult-exclusive activities you're interested in were not available when your Onboard Activities reservation window opened. While there are no waiting lists, if you stop by Guest Services on Embarkation Day they can usually help find some activities with availability that you can sign up for. Some of the most popular adult activities are Mixology Classes, Beverage Seminars, Spa Treatments, and Adult-Exclusive Dining (Palo on all four ships, Remy on the Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy).

When you check in at the port, you'll be given a Personal Navigator, which is an overview of all the daily activities on the ship. You'll get one each day, delivered to your stateroom. You can also download the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App to your smartphone to see times and locations for activities and events. While there are several adult-only activities that require a reservation, there are also lots of fun activities that are available without a reservation. Bingo, Trivia (my favorite!), first-run movies and more are offered several times each day. You'll never have to look far for something fun to do!

My fingers are crossed that you'll be able to join in on some of the activities you were interested in - may the pixie dust be ever in your favor! Thanks for stopping by - have a magical day! - Diane W.
