Hi Victoria!
Thanks for sailing by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with this excellent question. Beginning your vacation with a stay at Walt Disney World Resort, setting sail on your family's first
Disney Cruise and then concluding your vacation with another stay at "The Most Magical Place on Earth" sounds like my idea of a perfect vacation! You are going to be amazed at all there is to see and do while sailing the high seas aboard Disney Cruise Line. Hopefully, this will be the first of many cruises with Captain Mickey!
Walt Disney World Resort hotels have allowed Guests to leave their cars parked at the Resort hotel before and after their Disney Cruise. I highly recommend contacting your Resort hotel ahead of time to make sure leaving your vehicle is still allowed. Also, be sure to let the Cast Member know that you're leaving your car in the parking lot during your Disney Cruise when you check in to your Walt Disney World Resort hotel. We love taking
Disney Cruise Line's Ground Transportation whenever we plan a land and sea vacation! It makes traveling to/from Port Canaveral a breeze!
Victoria, if you come up with any other questions while planning your very first Disney Cruise, please don't hesitate to visit us again! We want to help make your inaugural voyage a smooth-sailing one!
