We're taking our very first cruise on March 4th to the Mexican Riviera (7 days). We have 3 days at various ports, and I'm wondering if anyone ever stays on the ship while at port or if that's even allowed. Any info would be helpful. Thanks!

    Hi Melissa,

You are going to have a blast!  I've done the Mexican Riviera cruise so I would probably stay on board the next time and enjoy the ship at my leisure.

You are welcome to stay onboard if you wish.  The kids' clubs and the spa and salon will be open.  The shops won't be.  Check your Personal Navigator, your daily ship's schedule, if you are staying onboard.  Many times there are special offers for spa treatments while the ship is in a port of call.    You'll also find what activities are being offered to those who chose to stay.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.  I'm happy to help as Disney Cruise Line is my favorite subject!  Happy sailing!
