We are taking a family vacation to Disney World and staying at the Coronado Springs Resort during the 2nd week of November, is it typically warm enough to enjoy the pools during that time of year?

    Hi Jennifer,

Thank you for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your great question.  You will be happy to know that all of the Disney Resort hotel pools are heated to 82º F year round.  I have visited many times during the winter months and have found the pool water temperature to always be warm enough to enjoy.  However during a cold spell the air outside can be quite cool and even though the pool is open and heated, it may not be an enjoyable experience depending upon your cold tolerance.  If you find yourself vacationing during a cooler period (temperatures can vary quite a bit in a short period), try the pools in the mid afternoon when the sun is at the highest point and the air is warmest.  During my many vacations in November and December we have always had at least a few days each vacation in which the outside air temperature was favorable for a dip in the pool.

Enjoy your upcoming Magical family vacation Jennifer!  Please let us know if we can answer any further Disney vacation planning questions.  We are always happy to help!

    Blessings,
