We are taking a family vacation in 2020 we will have 3 children ages 6,4 and 2. What are the best attractions and shows they will enjoy the most?

    Hi, there!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Amanda. We're so happy you stopped by!

A trip to the Walt Disney World Resort with little ones in tow is sure to be magical. My heart just melts watching my kiddos experience the magic in the theme parks! As a mom of three, I know how hard it is to keep all of them happy at the same time, so it's my pleasure to give you recommendations for attractions and shows the whole family will love!

Magic Kingdom Park is an absolute must-do for any family traveling with children. There are so many family-friendly attractions there! My kids especially love the attractions in Fantasyland including Peter Pan's Flight, "it's a small world," Under the Sea ~ Journey of The Little Mermaid, Dumbo the Flying Elephant, and The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh. My older two also love the thrill attractions at Magic Kingdom Park like Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Splash Mountain, and Space Mountain. Since our little one is too little for those attractions, we use Disney's Rider Switch service so that we can take turns riding without experiencing two wait times! Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade is perfect for Guests of all ages, but our family always rests at our Resort hotel in the afternoon so, unfortunately, we miss it with each visit. If your family will be in the park at that time, be sure to catch a performance! One show we never miss at Magic Kingdom Park is Happily Ever After. It's the most magical way to end a day of pixie-dusted adventures!

At Epcot, plan on taking a dive in The Seas with Nemo & Friends. There you can explore a 5.7-million-gallon saltwater aquarium and chat with a sea turtle at Turtle Talk with Crush. I also recommend strolling through World Showcase. My kids' favorite attractions there are Frozen Ever After and Gran Fiesta Tour Starring The Three Caballeros. I hope you can see Epcot Forever, the park's newest nighttime spectacular!

With the addition of Toy Story Land last year and the upcoming opening of Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, Disney's Hollywood Studios is the place to be. There your kids are sure to love Toy Story Mania!, Alien Swirling Saucers, Slinky Dog Dash, and Disney Junior Dance Party! My family's top picks for entertainment options include Beauty and the Beast - Live on Stage and Fantasmic!

Your family will have wild adventures at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park. Kilimanjaro Safaris should be your top priority at this theme park! Who wouldn't love an up-close view of African animals on the savanna? My kiddos also love Kali River Rapids, Na'vi River Journey, and TriceraTop Spin. Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park is home to incredible entertainment options including Festival of the Lion King and Finding Nemo - the Musical! They are both so amazing, I can't possibly pick one over the other.

I hope this was helpful, Amanda. Please let me know if you have any other questions about your Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
