Taking the family to Disney World in mid September 2011. I am planning to take our Christmas family photo while we're there..with Santa hats, of course. What would be the best back drop for this photo?

Steve. That's awesome! Great job multi-purposing, my patriarchal friend.

I'm guessing you're going to want some castle action in your photo. I'd recommend a couple shots and then you can pick which one you like best.

Before we get to location recommendations, here's an insider tip for you:

Get an early morning reservation at Crystal Palace or Cinderella's Royal Table. If park opening time is 9:00 a.m., make your dining reservation for 8:40 a.m. You'll be able to get into the park a little after 8:00 a.m. The park will be virtually empty and you can get your photo with nobody else in it. There will be plenty of cast members around to help take your picture for you.

Try to get a pic at each of the following:
    1. In the center of Main Street, just a little bit past the cinema. You'll get some of the Main Street buildings on your sides and a slightly blurred castle as your backdrop.
    2. In front of the hub in front of the castle.
    3. Between the hub and the castle.
    4. Off to the side and in front of the Crystal Palace.
