    Hi we will be taking our 1st Disney Vacation in July & I wanted to know if we don't have the park hopper can we visit any park we want on that day or do we have to visit the same park everyday?

    Hi, Shanta!

    Welcome to Walt Disney World!  You must be so excited for your vacation!

    With a base ticket (NO park hopper) you can go to any park you want, you just cannot change parks within the same day.  For each day of your ticket, you can choose any of the parks,  but once you pick one, that is it for the day.    However, the next day you can pick a brand new park, how great is that?

    If you have a 4 day base ticket, you can visit one theme park on each day, or perhaps you want to spend 2 days at Magic Kingdom, then 1 day at Hollywood Studios and 1 day at Epcot.  Divide up your days however you wish.  If you decide you would like to visit more than one park per day, you would need to  add the Park Hopper option onto your tickets. 

    With the base ticket, you are still allowed to leave the park for a mid-day break.  You will just need to return to the same park later in the day, you cannot switch parks.  A nice swim or nap might be nice in July as it does get hot in the middle of summer!
