We are taking a Disney vacation end of June. I have reservations for Narcoosee at 7:45 June 30 for my husband and my two boys. We would also really like to see the Wishes show at 10 that night. Is it possible to make that work or am I cutting it close?

Thanks for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Autum!

Narcoossee's is a fabulous choice for dinner.  I think you will really enjoy it!  From my perspective, you have two great options.  You can take Disney transportation to Magic Kingdom Park for Wishes Nighttime Spectacular, but you might also consider viewing them from just outside the restaurant as well!   Some guests can view the fireworks from their table, while others step outside on to the deck to view.   If you eat quickly, you can make it to Magic Kingdom Park for the fireworks as well.  You have two great options for transportation.  First, you can take the monorail to Magic Kingdom.  It's just one short stop away.  You can also take a boat launch from Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.  The dock is just steps away from Narcoossee's and it's such a pleasant ride.  The boat will pick you up and then head to Disney's Polynesian Resort to pick up guests.  Since you'll be at Narcoossee's, You'll be able to see if the boat is nearby.  If not, walk through the main lobby of the Grand Floridian and take the monorail.  Waiting for a boat you've just missed can be far too long.  Whether or not you make it to the park for Wishes or not is really dependent on how long you take to dine.  In order to allow yourself enough time, I'd suggest leaving the restaurant by 8:45pm to get yourselves a nice viewing spot for the ten o'clock show.  You can leave later, but much depends on crowd levels for that day and what type of spot you desire for viewing.

Please let me know if I can answer any other questions.

Until then, I wish you a magical vacation!
