Taking our 1st Disney trip during spring break/Easter 2013!Staying at POR 9 nights. How many days should we get park tickets for (7or8) and how many days do you recommend at each park?Arriving on a Fri 12:15, What to do/where to eat for first Disney dinner?

    Hi Mandi!

Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel.  I generally suggest planning on two days in the Magic Kingdom, two days in Epcot, and one each in Disney's Hollywood Studios and Disney's Animal Kingdom.  With 9 nights, I would recommend getting at least a six day Magic Your Way ticket plus the Water Park Fun and More option.  If you do not want to visit Typhoon Lagoon or Blizzard Beach at all, then I suggest getting at least a seven day Magic Your Way base ticket.  You can spend a couple of days relaxing at your resort.  For your first night dinner, I suggest a Character Dining Ecperience if you have any Tweens or younger children in your party:  Cape May Cafe, Chef Mickey's, or 1900 Park Fare.  If you want a great family restaurant without characters then I suggest the Whispering Canyon Cafe in the Wilderness Lodge or Ohana in the Polynesian Resort.

I hope this helps.  Please write back with more questions!
