Ahoy Briel!
Your first cruise aboard the Disney Cruise Line will be here before you know it! While sailing through the crystal-clear waters of the Southern Caribbean, you and your family will explore so much fun aboard the Disney Magic.
Booking Port Adventures through Disney Cruise Line is an excellent way to see the beautiful sights of each location. No matter which Southern Caribbean itinerary you and your family have chosen, there are many options for excursions! Visit the
Caribbean Port Adventures page on the Disney Cruise Line website and use the first tab to check-off each port of call you'll be sailing to. Once you've selected each port of call, I would then click on the drop-down labeled "Activity Level" and check the "Mild" box. This will give you the most options available that are appropriate for your entire family. (Some of the excursions do not charge for little skippers aged 0-2!)
I will never forget my son's first cruise when he was 6 months old! Check out the
Traveling with Little Ones page on the website to read how the Disney Cruise Line makes traveling with younger kids as stress-free as possible! On the pool deck of the Magic, I noticed that
Nephews' Splash Zone was most crowded during days at sea. I suggest bringing your little ones for a splashtacular time after your excursion while the ship is docked at port! Also, sailing aboard a Disney Cruise is a great opportunity to have professional pictures taken of your family before dinner! Photographers will be set up with beautiful backdrops in the ship's atrium lobby.
I'm so happy to have had the opportunity to help in the planning of your first Disney Cruise!
Bon voyage, Beth
