Steven from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

We are taking a Disney Cruise with 2 small children debarking in Canada in the morning. Our flight home leaves in the early evening. Is there anywhere we can store our luggage so we can explore the area with our kids?

Ahoy there Steven! Welcome back to planDisney! I told you I'd be right back to answer this question, so let's get right down to it!

The Pacific Coast Itinerary you're on is one of our favorites we've ever done! Well, sort of, we did the reverse where we STARTED in Vancouver, and sailed south to San Diego! Either way, it's a tremendous adventure with some amazing opportunities to see all sorts of coastal sights, and maybe even a whale or two - so be sure to spend at least some time on deck looking out at the big blue sea! Our favorite spot is Deck 4, but I'm sure you'll quickly find a favorite, too!

But back to the "not as fun to think about, but probably really pragmatic and thereby planDrew-approved" topic of Debarkation day. Similar to when you arrive in San Diego and search for a place to store your bags, finding a place to store your bags after debarkation in Vancouver is even easier! The Canada Place Cruise Terminal where all Disney Cruise Line vacations dock actually has their own all-day luggage storage service! A simple search for "Canada Place Luggage Storage Vancouver" should get you pointed in the direction you need!

There's so much to see in Vancouver - one of my favorite cities in the world - so you'll have just enough time to get a taste and want to come back. Hey, sounds like a great excuse to book an Alaskan itinerary while you're at it! haha. I highly suggest checking out Vancouver Chinatown - which is just about six blocks or so away from Canada Place Cruise Terminal - but with so much right near the waterfront, whatever you choose to enjoy will be time well spent! Be sure spend a little time just watching the seaplanes take off and land in the harbor!

OH, and make sure you and your crew return to get your bags by 4:45 p.m. - there's a strict no-overnight-bags policy in place, and you'll want to be sure to get there a bit early so you can make it to the airport with plenty of time for an international flight!

Well, Steven, I hope that helps you make your final checkmarks on your to-do list before you sail! And just in time, too! I wish you and your crew the most magical time - say "HI" to the Disney Wonder for me! Thank you so much for your questions, and if you ever have any others, please sail my way again here at planDisney!

Fair winds, following seas, and safe travels!
