I am taking my disabled mother to Disney. We will go to the magic kingdom on the 12th. What are some suggestions for me to do specifically with her. Thiz is her first visit and she will not be able to transport from her motorized wheelchair tothe ride veh

    HI Samantha!

How exciting that this will be your mom's first visit!  Be sure to pick up a 1st Visit button when you first enter the park.

There are tons of things your mother can do at the Magic Kingdom!  Walt Disney World is extremely disabled accessible.  If you visit the Disney World Attractions website, you can filter on the left by "Wheelchair and ECV Accessible".  This will show you all of the attractions she is able to enjoy while in the comfort of her motorized wheelchair.  I know you said she is not able to transport to the ride vehicle, but is she able to transfer into a push wheelchair?  Many rides have the capability of accommodating a standard wheelchair.  You can also filter to the left by "Transfer from ECV to Available Wheelchair".  Some attractions will make special exceptions for allowing an ECV onto a a ride vehicle, like It's A Small World.  There are a few boats that are specifically for this.  You can as a Cast Member at any attraction if the ride will accommodate her ECV.

    Have a magical first visit!
