We are taking our DD (6 & 9) to WDW for the first time in August. Camping in our RV for 13 days at Fort Wilderness! Can we take advantage of any Kidsnightout or Disney kids crafts where you leave the kids? So we can go out as adults only? What's the $

    Hi Cynthia!

Congratulations on your upcoming, first Walt Disney World vacation! You are going to have such an amazing time and I'm so glad to hear that you're thinking of planning great things for yourselves in advance!

I'm a huge fan of having an 'Adults Only' night out during your family vacation at Walt Disney World. There are many Children's Activity Centers located in Disney's Resort hotels, including Cub's Den at Disney's Wilderness Lodge. It's open from 4:30-midnight daily and requires an advance reservation. Simply call (407) WDW-DINE and make your Childcare Reservation and adult meal reservation all at once!

Current pricing is $11.50 per child per hour with a 2-hour minimum. Pricing for the kids includes full supervision, activities and even their dinner.

Once you decide where it is that you would like to enjoy your adult evening, you can choose to utilize an activity center close to that location. For example, if Disney's Spirit Of Aloha Dinner Show sounds like the perfect evening for you, consider reserving your kids at the Never Land Club at the Polynesian Resort. If an exotically, sumptuous meal at Jiko appeals to you, reserve Simba's Cubhouse at Animal Kingdom Lodge. There are many possibilities to suit your evening's plans!

Visiting the Never Land Club while my husband and I enjoy dinner around the Seven Seas Lagoon has been one of the highlights of our vacations every year. It's a perfect way for kids & grown ups alike to enjoy a fun-filled evening, catered just to them! A definite "win-win!"

If you'd like any further recommendations to plan your perfect, adult evening out, feel free to write back again.

Wishing you a Magical time on your Walt Disney World vacation Cynthia!
