We are taking a 4 day cruise on the dream that ends Thursday morning. Do you think there is enough time to enjoy make it to Disneyworld that day or would you suggest to spend Friday at the park instead? thx!

    Hi Randy!

I am so excited for you guys!  My son and I just sailed on the Disney Dream Cruise Ship from Sunday, February 27th, 2011 to Thursday, March 3rd, 2011 and we had an incredible time!  I would estimate from our experience that the earliest you would make it to Walt Disney World Property from Cape Canaveral would be 12:00 pm (noon).  It could be a little longer than that because you have to get go through customs, get your luggage, and take transportation to Walt Disney World.  Once you arrive in Walt Disney World, you will have to check into your Resort and drop off your luggage so add another hour there.  Also you will have to take some form of transportation to get to the Parks so I would add another 30 to 60 minutes there.  So my estimation is that you would get to a Park between 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.  It will depend on how late that particular Park is open on that Thursday as to whether you will have enough time in the Park to justify using a whole day's Park Ticket.  Keep in mind that there are tons of things to do in Walt Disney World that don't require a Park Ticket!

I hope that your Dream Cruise is breathtaking and pure magic!

    Keep Dreaming Big!
