Hi there, Amber!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am so glad you sailed by with your question about your Disney Cruise Line vacation! My family sailed an Alaskan itinerary a few years ago and we are already ready to do it again – there is so much to see and do! We also sailed in September and lucked out with milder temperatures, so my fingers are crossed it will be the same for you next year. But, no matter the weather, it will be a WONDERful vacation and you will make so many memories.
While onboard activities and entertainment is always subject to change, you can likely plan on having both the
Pixar Pals Party and a
Frozen Deck Party! Both are SO MUCH FUN and I recommend taking advantage of it being Halloween season currently and picking up some costumes before they all go away! It’s fun to dress as your favorite Pixar character before – during – and after dinner and it’s especially fun to see Mickey and Friends dressed up as their favorites too!
Your nightly dining rotation will be assigned to you and you will receive it once you arrive at the port for check-in and embarkation. One of my favorite things about Disney Cruise Line is the rotational dining allowing Guests the opportunity to experience each of the dining rooms and their different menus. My favorite onboard the Disney Wonder is Tiana’s Place because I love the beignets, but my kids love love love Animator’s Palate because of the fun and interactive dining experience. If you have any specific requests, you can contact Disney Cruise Line and have your reservation noted, but please know that requests cannot always be accommodated, but it doesn’t hurt to ask.
Happy Sailing!
Stephanie
