We will be taking our daughters to disney magic kingdom for the first time in March, they are 2 and 3, would there be a long wait to meet the princesses and other characters? Are you allowed to take a pictures with them? Any rides 2 yr old can go on? Thnks

    Hi there, Fetsje!

How very exciting that you are visiting the Walt Disney World Resort for the first time with your little ones! My daughter was two the first time we visited a Disney Park and she still remembers it and talks about some of the magic when we look through the old pictures! It's so fun to think that those memories we made on her very first trip started a lifetime of of family fun!

Princess Fairytale Hall in Fantasyland at Magic Kingdom Park is the most gorgeous, enchanted setting for your daughters to meet their favorite Disney Princesses for the first time. I recommend arriving first thing in the morning when the wait time could be shorter than it is as it gets later in the day. There are also some fabulous Character meals that you can go to where you'll be able to meet the Princesses while you dine! The Princesses will pose for as many pictures as your heart desires and they'll even sign their autograph if you bring something for them to sign like an autograph book! If you want to have a meal with the Princesses, be sure to make an Advanced Dining Reservation as soon as possible either online or by calling 407.WDW.DINE [939.3463].

There are so many Attractions and experiences that your girls are at just the right age for! Have a look at the Traveling with Little Ones planning page and you'll find lots of fabulous tips.

Thanks so much for stopping by the Moms Panel and please don't hesitate to write back in with any other questions you have!

Wishing you and your family a Pixie Dusted vacation!
