Hi! We will be taking my daughter for the 1st time for her 2nd bday in December. Would I be able to bring a thermos to keep her milk cool? Also, as far as snacks, what is allowed? my step daughter is diabetic so bringing our own snacks would be easier.

    Hi Vanessa!

Thanks for coming to see us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I'm so excited to help you get ready for your daughter's magical birthday trip to Walt Disney World Resort. Be sure to get her complimentary birthday and First Visit buttons so Cast Members and other Guests can help make her day extra special!

Guests are welcome to bring outside food and beverages into the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks with them. So that means you are welcome to bring in milk for your daughter and snacks for your step-daughter to help ensure they have a wonderful experience. Keep in mind that you cannot bring any glass containers with you into the theme parks, so you will need to select a thermos and snack containers that are plastic or stainless steel. Also, your cooler or backpack for your snacks cannot be larger than 24" (61 cm) long x 15" (38 cm) wide x 18" (46 cm) high. I always like to bring snacks with us to help keep my little ones' tummies happy and I've found that individual servings of crackers, squeezable applesauce and granola bars work really well for theme park snacks!

Let us know if you have any additional questions as you continue planning. T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
