We are taking our 2yo daughter in May. We plan on Epcot the evening of arrival, MK for 2 days. On our 3rd day AK vs Hollywood?? WHich do you suggest for a 2yo? Thank you!

    Hello Paige,

Thanks for stopping by with your question. Your wonderful vacation is just around the corner and I am sure you are getting really excited.

While both Disney's Animal Kingdom and Disney's Hollywood Studios have things that appeal to all ages, I, personally, think Disney's Animal Kingdom has more options for real little ones. Here are my suggestions for the best attractions for young toddlers.
    • Kilimanjaro Safaris is one of my kids' favorite rides. It happened to be the very first ride my oldest son ever went on in Walt Disney World when he was almost 4 and he loved it. There is no height minimum and is a great way to see the animals in their natural habitats.
    • Rafiki's Planet Watch is a wonderful area to enjoy some of the nature and animals while secretly learning a thing or two! Also, in this area is the Affection Station, a petting area that is always a hit with little ones. Don't worry, there is a hand-washing area as you leave!
    • Dinoland, USA has the ever popular Triceratop Spin and the Boneyard (play area). My children could spend awhile in the Boneyard and it always gives my husband and I a chance to sit for a spell while they play.
    • Be sure to catch one or many of the wonderful shows there are to see at this park, including Finding Nemo - The Musical, Festival of the Lion King, and Flights of Wonder. It is always fun to watch your child react to the amazing sights and sounds of these entertaining shows.

I hope you have a magical vacation. It will be here before you can say, "supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!"
