Hi, I am taking my daughter in March for her 5th B-day, I also have a 7 year old girl. We are going to Magic kingdom for two days. How should I plan the days? What attractions are best for my little princess? I want to make her b-day special.

Hi Jennifer!  Taking your daughter to Walt Disney World for her 5th birthday will be so much fun!  First, you will want to get her a free "Happy Birthday" pin that she can wear throughout your trip. Cast Members will often give a special greeting to guests wearing their birthday pins!  You can pick one up at Guest Services at any theme park, or at check-in if you are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort. Next, I would definitely make an appointment at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique in the Magic Kingdom - she can be transformed into her favourite princess!  I would also try and make an advance reservation for Cinderella's Royal Table or at Be Our Guest, where you can dine in Beast's Castle. Since both of these are very popular dining locations, you need to call 407-WDW-DINE (407-939-3463) or make online Disney Dining Reservations, as soon as possible. If there is nothing available, don't despair - check often, as guests change their minds frequently and new spots will open up. Be Our Guest also serves lunch, which does not require a reservation.  Also, when checking in for any dining reservations, be sure to mention that your daughter is celebrating a birthday - while nothing is guaranteed, they will often try to acknowledge it in some small way.

I think both of your little princesses will enjoy visiting New Fantasyland to ride Under the Sea-Journey of the Little Mermaid, experience Enchanted Tales with Belle and visit Ariel in her Grotto. After that you may want to head over to Storybook Circus to ride Dumbo the Flying Elephan,t or if they are more adventurous, The Barnstormer.

I hope I've given you some good ideas for how to celebrate your little princess turning 5!  I wish you all a very magical and pixie-dusted vacation.
