We are taking our daughter and a friend for her Sweet 16 to the Grand Floridian DVC. I cannot get a reservation for Be Our Guest. We are desperate to go there for her bday. We have reserve at Cinder. Royal Table as a 2nd choice. Please help!

Hello Christina, thanks for visiting us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  A sweet 16 celebration sounds like so much fun, she must be so excited.

I understand wanting to eat at Be Our Guest Restaurant for her birthday.  It is such a beautiful restaurant and wildly popular. My best advice to you is to keep calling.  Being persistent is the only way you might land a reservation time.  If calling doesn't work, try heading to the restaurant as soon as it opens to see if they have any walk in spots available.  I just returned home from Walt Disney World and I was able to get a day of reservation at the California Grill, which completely surprised me.  If nothing works out, Cinderella's Royal Table is an excellent 2nd choice and it will be so much fun for all of you.

If you have any other questions before you leave, please feel free to ask!  Have a great day.

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
