I am taking my daughter to dw in jan 2010. I am interested in the BBB in the castle. Is it worth it? Will I be better off buying the dress some where else? I do want her to have the full experience, at the best value. Thanks

    Hi Marsha,

Welcome to the Moms Panel!  I brought my daughters to the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique in the Magic Kingdom, it was a fantastic experience and we made some wonderful memories.

So yes, it is certainly worth doing, but like you I am all about the value.  I opted to purchase the least expensive "Coach Package"  for my girls (Includes hairstyle, and makeup) and they were thrilled with it.  They were given a little goodie bag with all of the leftover makeup and supplies from their session, and a sash to wear.  They choose the Fairy-tale Princess look, and were given face gems, a tiara and hair pin as well.  This was more than enough to make them feel like a special princess.

If your daughter wants to dress up, I highly suggest bringing your own dress.  I would start looking now, and maybe hold off on a purchase until after Halloween (I'm guessing there will be good sales then).  If you pack the dress down in a large ziploc bag and remove as much air as possible, they take up very little space in a suitcase.  Once you take it out of the bag, they are remarkable in the way the tulle puffs right back out!

I hope this helps, have a great time!
