I am taking my daughter to Disneyland for her 16th birthday. We've been many times before, but I'm curious to know if there are any fun perks she can get besides the birthday button Thanks!

    Hello Jessie!

Thanks so much for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I hope you are having a magical week!

The only free perk for Birthdays at Disneyland Resort is the complimentary birthday button that you can pick up at Guest Services. Many times throughout the day Cast Members will wish people Happy Birthday as they see them and I've seen a few "surprise and delight" moments such as a free balloon or dessert being passed out, but this doesn't happen to everyone, just randomly I've seen it when visiting the parks.

If you are staying at a Disneyland Resort Hotel, you can use Disney Floral & Gifts to purchase a fun surprise for the room for her to enjoy. There are many packages available from flowers to gifts, in a number of themes!

I hope this helps and please let me know if you need anything else as you plan your visit.

    See you real soon!
