I will be taking my daughter for her 5th birthday to WDW for the first time May 27th-May 30th. Her favorite princess is Ariel. Is their anywhere to see her in the Magic Kingdom? I have already booked the Princess Tea Party and dinner at the Royal Table.

Celebrating your little princesses birthday at the Magic Kingdom is going to be amazing. I would recommend that you begin the day by visiting City Hall on Main Street U.S.A. to get a personalized birthday Celebration Recognition Button. You should totally get her the 'it's my Birthday' Mickey Mouse ears to make the outfit complete. This way both cast members and park guests will be wishing her a happy birthday all day. As for finding Ariel, the best place is at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall. This character dining, part of the Norway Pavilion within Epcot theme park World Showcase, provides a Disney Princess Storybook Dining experience in a medieval castle-themed restaurant. My kids had an amazing experience with Ariel there. She signed autographs, posed for pictures and gave them each a great big hug. You also must check out the Voyage of the Little Mermaid located at Disney's Hollywood Studious. This awesome show puts you up close with Ariel and all her pals under the sea. As for locating her in the Magic Kingdom, the best idea is to obtain a character map from a cast member to see if she is appearing that day.
