We are taking our very 1st cruse in Oct 2012 on the Fantasy. My question is with the second dining option being at 830, what time does the pirate party start? My son is so excited about that we do not want to miss any of it.

    Hi Teri,

Your first cruise is on the Disney Fantasy?!?!  Wow!!!  You are going to flip when you see that ship.  My family and I just got home on Thursday from sailing on that ship.  It's absolutely magnificent, and I promise you that you'll be amazed at everything that you are going to be able to enjoy.

Pirate night is so much fun!  Your son should be excited!  There are a lot of activities scheduled around the pirate theme, but don't worry, you'll be able to keep track of everything with your Personal Navigator. It's the ship's daily newsletter.

Mickey's Pirates In the Caribbean starts at 7:45pm, Buccaneer Blast Fireworks starts at 10:30pm.    Buccaneer Blast is immediately followed by Club Pirate, which is an unbelievable dance party.  The entire night is so much fun!  Don't worry about having the late seating for dinner, you won't miss much as the Pirate party is continuous.  You can always ask if you can change your dining time to the earlier seating.  They will always try to accommodate you if possible.

Let me know if you have any other questions.  Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel.  Bon voyage Teri!

Magic Kingdom still takes my breath away, but my favorite place to be is on a Disney ship looking at the horizon and breathing in that crisp, clean ocean air!  I love planning Disney vacations for others and making sure it's more than they dreamed. Learn More About Marisol
