Welcome to planDisney Daniel. A day in Jamaica sounds like a great day to me!

While I have not experienced the VIP Beach Paradise with Lunch-Adult Only Port Adventure (only for Guests 18 years and older), it sounds like fun! After disembarking in Falmouth, you will take transportation to the Sea Island Beach Club in Montego Bay. All Guests 18 years and older are required to take their Key to the World Card and a photo ID with them once they disembark at Ports of Call. You can pack those along with your swimsuit, towel from the ship, change of clothes, sunglasses, and sunscreen to ensure your Port Adventure goes well.

Since you are looking for some relaxation, don't forget to check out the services at Senses Spa & Salon. You can choose from a menu of massages, spa treatments, and salon and barber services.
