Disney Cruise Line offers ground transportation from Walt Disney World Resorts to Port Canaveral for an additional fee. You must contact Disney Cruise Line if you'd like to add this service to your reservation. Transportation can also be purchased to and from Orlando International Airport and Port Canaveral, but since you'll be staying at Disney Springs, it sounds like transportation from a nearby resort would be best for your sailing crew. Disney Cruise Line transportation is not available from the theme parks.
If you will not be staying at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel, you can book transportation from a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel that is nearest to you. You will be responsible for your transportation on the morning of your cruise from your hotel to the Walt Disney World Resort Hotel where you have booked your transportation to Port Canaveral. In my experience, check-in at the hotel for ground transportation is usually around 9 a.m. You will receive details via email about exactly where and when to meet at the resort about 48 hours before your sailing date.

One of the perks of booking ground transportation with Disney Cruise Line is that you won't need to select a Port Arrival Time during online check-in. Once your motorcoach arrives at Port Canaveral, you can head straight to the terminal to begin the boarding process. You'll want your important
travel documentation in your carry-on luggage to present at the port.
