    We are taking a cruise in late Feb. 2011. Do you have a name of a shuttle service to get us from the Hyatt at the airport in Orlando to the port. There is a total of 12 people. Thank you

    Hi Jenny,

    We've always used the convenience of Disney ground transportation or a rental car for our transfer to the port - so I can't personally recommend a shuttle service.  Just in case you weren't aware, even if you are staying at the Hyatt in Orlando International Airport prior to your cruise you can still purchase the transfer service through Disney Cruise Line.  They will simply pick you up at the airport on the day of your cruise (and handle your luggage) as if you were flying in that day.  However, you've probably figured out that with a party of your size it will probably be more economical to find a shuttle service.

    I will say that if it were me, I would probably visit the DIS boards for current recommendations.  Service levels and rates can fluctuate greatly from year to year with outside companies - so it's good that you're starting your research.  Do a quick internet search and you'll find lots of useful information from recent cruisers there.
