We are taking a cruise on the Disney Wonder to the Mexican Riviera in March 2012, and I'm wondering if my 5 yo daughter could wear one of her finest princess dresses to dinner on formal night. Would that be appropriate? Thanks for your help!

Hi Susan! What an amazing trip you are about to embark on! Please check out my friend (and last year's Disney Cruise Line Mom) Andi at her site, wifeandmomuniversity.com to see videos of her Mexican Riviera trip. You'll be even more excited about your upcoming voyage. Yes, it is more than appropriate for your little princess to wear her gown on formal night. That's exactly what my daughter wore on our cruises. In fact, she can wear her gowns whenever she wants! Don't forget her gloves and tiara! Please let me know if you have any other questions, I am always happy to help. Wishing you a very magical sailing!
