We are taking our children (8 and 4) to WDW for the first time. We are currnent thinking about CBR or PO Riverside. Which of the 2 would you recommend? Or would another resort (with better amenities) be better for children of our ages? Thank you.

    Hi Jaimie!

I can't get enough of Disney's Port Orleans Resort!  While I really enjoy the Caribbean Beach Resort, it is honestly just too large for my tastes.  Also, all of the rooms at Port Orleans have been recently renovated to feature two Queen beds, rather than the two double beds found at other moderate resorts.  The main pool area is fantastic and the food court is probably the best on Disney property!

You can also do a little fishing, take a pirate cruise, watch movies under the stars and so much more!  I wrote a blog for Delta Airlines that covers both Port Orleans Resorts in great detail.  While I can't provide a direct link, simply cut and paste the following address into your browser - http://blog.deltavacations.com/2012/05/disneys-port-orleans-resort-review/.  I hope that you have a wonderful vacation and I would love to hear from you again!
