Hi Carole:
There is so much to do at Walt Disney World that a number of guests ask themselves, "where do I begin?" The good news is that there are some great Disney vacation planning tools available right on Walt Disney World's website.
My first piece of advice is to order the
Disney Vacation Planning DVD, which will give you an overview of Disney World's four amazing theme parks, two incredible water parks and more than 20 magnificent Disney Resort hotels, as well as give you family vacation planning tips and details about special events in Disney Parks in Florida.
I would also visit Walt Disney World's website to browse
vacation packages and take advantage of Disney's "
My Disney Vacation" planning tool to help you create an itinerary of must-see attractions and entertainment. Also look at Disney World's
FAQ page for answers to frequently asked Guest questions.
Another popular site, allears.net, which is not an official Disney website, also has some great planning tools. Just use the search function on the website to search for "planning."
Although a lot of information to take in, the sooner you start planning the better, especially since you can start making Advance Dining Reservations 180-days in advance. It's likely that after a few minutes browsing these websites, you'll find that planning a Disney vacation is a lot more fun than intimidating.
Enjoy your vacation.
