    We are taking our 2 children 5 and 2 to Disney at the end of Sept. Is it worth the extra money to stay at the Beach Club instead of Animal Kingdom lodge to be centrally located?

    Hi Kerri - While I love the Animal Kingdom Lodge, staying at the Beach Club can be extremely convenient.  We recently stayed at the Beach Club with my 5 year old and 3 year old, and they absolutely loved it.  We typically eat dinners at the World Showcase, so being that close to Epcot is extremely convenient.

    My children also really enjoyed the pool, Stormalong Bay, at the Beach Club.  We typically spent the hottest part of the afternoons, from 1-3pm, at the pool.

    In addition, the rooms are larger at the Beach Club, which can definitely make things easier with two little ones.
