i am taking my 3 boys ( 7, 5, and1) not sure if i want to go during their school breaks in Nov or DEc or just wait till Feb i want to know what is better weather and lines....

Hi Crystal! I am assuming that your sons breaks in November and December will be Thanksgiving and Christmas. And in February possibly Presidents weekend?

First I will say that although Walt Disney World is magical at Christmas time it is also going to be the most crowded. The days are beautiful with temps in 70's/low 80's but it can chill down at night making swimming a little more uninviting.

My choice would be between Thanksgiving week or February. Thanksgiving will be very crowded starting on that Thursday and until the Sunday after. If you can go the entire week and get most of your parks done early on then this is a nice time but you do have to be prepared for long lines at the end of your vacation.

February would likely be my choice. Although Presidents week can get crowded I would say it is the least crowded of all three options. Crowds is one thing that is impossible to predict.  Weather wise both the November and February dates are similar and great times for a Disney visit. Cooler nights and early mornings and warm and sunny during the days. Think light layering when packing.

Tough decision......but it will be magical no matter which date you choose!
