We will be taking Amtrak into Orlando for our first trip to Disney in June '08. I was wondering if Disney had any transportation from the train station to the resorts like they do from the airport. If not, can you suggest the best option w/6 y.o. twins?

Walt Disney World does not provide transportation from the train stations (Orlando, Kissimmee, Sanford) to the WDW resort hotels.

There are taxis at all 3 stations and Hertz rental car desks at the Orlando and Sanford stations.

If cost is a factor (over convenience), I would price out your options such as car rental, taxi and town car service. If you go to the Mears Transportation website, you'll find a taxi fare calculator that estimates your fare. You'll find that a taxi runs about $45 (prices subject to change) from the Orlando Amtrak Station to a WDW Epcot area hotel.
