    When taking advantage of the early magic hours, do you recommend getting to that park before it actually opens for Disney guests?

    Hi Tammy!  If you can get your group up and going for the Extra Magic Hours in the morning that is going to save you a lot of line time later in the day.  I would recommend you arriving at the park a few minutes before the Extra Magic Hours opening time but it is not necessary to be the first person in line.  My family does not always get going very well in the morning hours and we often get there just a few minutes before the park opens for all guests and we don't see the advantage by doing this.  So set the alarm clocks, make sure you leave yourself plenty of time with the Disney transportation, and have a great hour of seeing attractions before the rest of the world awakes!
