Hi Erin!
The Walt Disney World Resort understands that some Guests,
including those with mobility disabilities, may have a harder time soaking up all of the magic. Because of this, there are many
services offered for Guests with disabilities to help them have a perfectly magical vacation!
Unfortunately, you can't tag a stroller as a wheelchair, and therefore you would not be able to bring the stroller into all of the attraction queues. That being said, you still have a few options! You could
rent a wheelchair to use while you are in the parks, or you could take advantage of the
Disability Access Service, which would allow you to avoid lines and return to enjoy attractions at a later time.
If you decide the Disability Access Service is right for your family, just visit a
Guest Relations location when you arrive at the park to discuss your family's specific needs. To use the Disability Access Service, you will need to speak with a Cast Member at the attraction you would like to experience. The Cast Member will give you a return time (that is comparable to the current wait time for the attraction) that will tell you when you can come back to enjoy the attraction. While waiting for your return time, you will be able to explore the park and enjoy other attractions, shops, or even some of the scrumptious food!
Have a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow!
