Hi Alison!
You're in luck! I highly suggest dining at
Whispering Canyon Cafe for lunch or dinner. New to their menu is the all-you-care-to-enjoy plant based skillet. This dinner includes a maple-chipotle barbecue jackfruit, spicy vegan sausage, mustard-glazed beefless tips, herb-brushed trick'n chick'n, roasted potatoes, oven-roasted carrots, sauteed green beans and charred peppers. That's a feast fit for any king, vegan or not! While I haven't tried this new skillet, some of my friends have and said that it's actually better than the meat filled version. This vegan skillet is always on the dinner menu but only by request at lunchtime. If you're making a lunch reservation here, I'd be sure to mention it to the Cast Member helping you so they can make a note on your account. If you're looking for a table service breakfast option, I've heard the breakfast buffet at
Trail's End has amazing vegan substitutes. The tofu breakfast scramble is supposed to be out of this world, plus I've heard the vegan Mickey waffles and tater tots make for some great sides. If Chef TJ is working the day you dine, consider yourself extra lucky because he whips up some of the finest vegan cuisine around. You might also be surprised, like I was, that Trail's End offers an extensive vegan dinner with sometimes up to 9 courses. They want their Guests to feel like they are getting the all-you-care-to-enjoy buffet like everyone else only brought to your table.
I've given you just a few options, but really there are so many more to choose from. I think you'll find some great vegan options just about anywhere that you choose to dine. I hope you enjoy. If you have any other questions, please come back and ask.
