    Are there any table service restaurants in Animal Kingdom?

    Hi Sandra,

    There are 2 table service restaurants located at Animal Kingdom.  First, is the "Tusker House Restaurant" which is located in Africa and has a Breakfast Character Dining experience, "Donald's Safari Breakfast", as well as a Lunch and Dinner Buffet (only breakfast is a character appearance though!).  There used to be "Restaurantosaurus", which also was a Breakfast Buffet Character Dining Experience, located in DinoLand U.S.A.  This restaurant turned into a "Quick Service" dining facility after the breakfast was finished and then served lunch and dinner meals.  Now, this has changed and is completely a Counter Service restaurant.  The second option for a table service meal is "Rainforest Cafe", located at the entrance to Animal Kingdom and I have eaten here on many an occasion, (we love going here for the wonderful food, atmosphere and frequent rainstorms, minus the rain of course!).  I should tell you that unfortunately they do not participate in the Dining Plan, but for those who just want a sit down meal with a lovely jungle theme, then this is the place to go!  I hope this answers your question and that you have a wonderful meal while there!
