can you use a table service meal for a quick service meal

Bon appetit, Kimberly, and welcome to planDisney! The Disney Dining Plan is the most convenient way to dine during your vacation at Walt Disney World! I absolutely loved it when I purchased it on my honeymoon trip in 2017, and I was positively stuffed by the end of the week. I'd be more than happy to answer your question about exchanging credits for different types of meals.

The categories for meals and snacks on your dining plan can't be changed, combined, or split, so you won't be able to use a table service meal for a quick service meal. That being said, there is an option for a Quick-Service Dining Plan that includes 2 Quick Service meals and 1 Snack per night of stay in addition to a Resort Refillable Mug. If you've already booked your vacation package with the Disney Dining Plan, I recommend getting in touch with a friendly Cast Member to see if you can alter your booking to include the Quick-Service Dining Plan instead.

If you end up hanging on to your table service meals and are looking for suggestions on where to use them, here's a list of some of my favorite table service restaurants that are participating in the 2026 Disney Dining Plan:
You can also review the list of all participating locations, and this might help you plan your advance dining reservations and quick service meals for your vacation.

I know this wasn't the answer you were seeking, Kimberly, but I hope you're able to either switch to the Quick Service Dining Plan or make the most of your table service credits! If you need any additional tips or suggestions, I'll be right here waiting to help you out.

    Stay magical,
    Scott
