If we make a table service dining reservation for a party of 10, and say not all 10 ppl show up, will we be charged a fee because of this?

Hi Kim! It is always hard when making the large dining reservations to know what will happen on the day it is scheduled. Kids get sick or tired, parents end up being in a different location etc. It is best to try to make the reservations as close to what they will be but if someone is unable to show with the group you will not be charged for a normal dining experience. Please understand that if you have a dining event that requires a credit card booking then you must cancel before the 48 hours to prevent being charged. It is best to call dining to change the numbers if you know it will be different from what you reserved. Enjoy all the great dining locations in all the parks and resorts at Walt Disney World. There are so many that are my favorites!
