Hi Marci, and welcome to
planDisney, we thank you for your excellent question!
Your Disney Cruise Line adventure at sea is fast-approaching, how very excited you must be, Marci and managing many of your plans is easily done online and by using the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App with the many helpful planning features. Marci, you are always welcome to
contact Disney Cruise Line (I would advise doing so early morning or late evening to avoid long wait times, or even
Email Disney Cruise Line with all your reservation details) or inform your travel professional of your dining preferences in advance of your sailing. If not, once onboard, you can always speak to Guest Services, or speak with the Head Server at your first rotational dining seating location who will be at the entrance of the dining room. On many of my past sailings, on Embarkation Day I was also able to head to the main dining room located near the Atrium Lobby where there was a temporary set-up with Cast Members for any last-minute dining requests and amendments.
Tips:Kindly complete your Disney Cruise Line Online Check-In 30-days before your sailing in order to complete the necessary documentation, select your Port Arrival Time and register your child for the
Disney Cruise Line Youth Clubs.
Download the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App to manage your plans before and during your sailing - I, in particular, enjoy the Onboard Chat feature which enables me to stay in touch with my family who ventures off to their own activities during our sailing.
Marci, if you are enjoying your sailing, you may wish to consider booking a future sailing with the
Disney Cruise Line Onboard-Only Offer, the incentives and the selection of itineraries and available staterooms are good!
I hope this information serves you well, Marci, it was my pleasure assisting you today. I wish you a most magical sailing with Disney Cruise Line, thank you kindly!
Jacqueline
