Hi Tabitha. I am a grandmother. We are planning for 20 folks in 4 groups of children's ages, oldies and chaperone couple. We wanted to stay in camping or Adjoining motel duplex, type. Finalizing 4day trip for October 2022.

    Hi Jane! Welcome to planDisney!

Thanks for sending your question to me! I am happy to help as you begin planning this magical family vacation. It sounds like you are in for an amazing trip with 20 people. What a group! It makes me smile as I think about all the special memories you will all make together.

You mentioned a couple of great options for your stay. The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort offer a natural setting in the great outdoors, while being minutes from the theme parks. It's the best of both worlds! Cabins can hold up to six adults, so reserving a few cabins would be great for your crew. You can also consider connecting rooms in other Disney Resorts Collection hotels like Disney's Art of Animation Resort. Adjoining room requests can be made, but they aren't guaranteed. However, Disney does try to accommodate these types of requests.

Another option to make sure your parties are closer together would be to book a couple of grand villas, or a grand villa plus a 2-bedroom villa. Depending on the Disney Deluxe Villa Resort, the grand villas can hold up to 12 Guests and 2-bedroom villas up to 9 Guests.

Traveling with such a large party, I recommend either giving Disney a call directly to book at (407) 939-1936 or finding a knowledgeable Disney vacation planning travel agent. If you decide to use a travel agent, make sure to do your research and read their reviews to make sure they are reputable and know the ins and outs of Disney travel!

I hope this helps, Jane! Please let me know if you have any other questions.
