    I am a TA, and I helped a client book a vacation at Disney. I included the park tickets in her reservation, and when she attempted to make park reservations through the MyDisneyExperience App, she was told the tickets were linked to the wrong person.

    When making Theme Park Reservations, each guest must have a valid Theme Park Ticket linked in their My Disney Experience account. If there are error messages, check if the Theme Park Tickets have the correct date and that they are linked properly. When making the Theme Park Reservations, make sure that you are booking the dates that coincide with the dates of the Theme Park Tickets that were purchased.

    Since the transaction has taken place through a third party, any further problems will have to be dealt with through the proper channels at the travel agency.
