Tiffany, I'm so glad that you kept an eye on Sydney's
My Disney Experience account and noticed that the
theme park tickets and Theme Park Reservations made with the
Disney Park Pass system are listed under two different accounts. I agree with you - it's very important that all of these pieces are linked properly under one account! When it comes to account issues, the best course of action would be to
call a Cast Member. Be sure to have the contact information for both My Disney Experience accounts, including the email addresses linked to each account. This will help the Cast Members to easily and efficiently locate this information.
It sounds like you're also interested in the
Disney Genie+ service and there are a few ways you can add this feature to your theme park tickets! First, you may be able to upgrade your tickets through your
My Disney Experience app. To do this, log into your app and tap the icon that looks like three stacked lines in the bottom right corner. Tap Tickets and Passes, then select the ticket you'd like to upgrade. Tap Upgrade Ticket, then follow the prompts to add the Disney Genie+ service. However, if that option is unavailable to you, you are also able to add the Disney Genie+ service to your trip day-by-day! To do this, log into your app on each morning of your trip and tap the icon that looks like three stacked lines in the bottom right corner. Tap My Genie Day, then scroll down and click the link that says "Get Disney Genie+ for Today" in the purple banner. You can do this every morning that you'd like to have the Disney Genie+ service! Since your Disney Genie+ selections can be made starting at 7:00 AM, I'd recommend purchasing this service earlier in the morning with enough time to make your first selections for the day starting at 7:00.
Similarly, to make an Individual Lightning Lane selection, tap My Genie Day in your My Disney Experience app, then tap Tip Board. Here, you can browse and choose your first Individual Lightning Lane entrance! Please know that Guests staying at a Disney Resort Collections hotel can make their first Individual Lightning Lane selection starting at 7:00 AM and Guests staying off-site can begin making their first Individual Lightning Lane selection starting at the time of park opening.
