Hello from Sydney Australia. If I purchase two 5 day Disneyland Tickets and our holiday dates have to be changed am I able to either cancel and get a full refund or just change the dates and rebook? Thankyou for your reply. Carol

G'day, Carol, and welcome to planDisney! There's no better place than the Disneyland Resort to make happy memories.

I see you are writing from the land down under! Guests in Australia are encouraged to use a travel agent to purchase Disneyland Resort theme park tickets. Look for "Authorized Disney vacation planners," who are considered experts on Disney vacations. Once you have an agent, check with them about any specific booking policies on their end.

As far as Disneyland Resort theme park tickets go, the tickets are nonrefundable as stated in the Terms and Conditions. However, the window to use the tickets is fairly generous, so you'd have a decent amount of time to use your tickets at a later date if your travel plans change. Just remember that multi-day tickets need to be fully used within a span of 13 days. Suppose your tickets expire without being used at all due to a longer trip postponement. In that case, the amount you paid for them could be applied towards the purchase of new theme park tickets as long as the purchase price is equal to or greater than the amount you originally paid. Your travel agent should be able to help with all this and adjust your reservation dates if needed.

Carol, have you heard that Bluey will be coming to the Disneyland Resort this year? Wackadoo! We're still waiting for more details about how the Heeler family will interact with Guests, but I'm sure it will be fun. Follow Disneyland on Instagram for updates on this exciting addition. Depending on the timing of your trip, you might be able to add this to your itinerary!

Many other exciting things are coming to the Disneyland Resort this year, too. The much-anticipated Disneyland Resort 70th Celebration will kick off May 16, 2025, with colorful decor, collectible merchandise, special entertainment, and more. I can't wait to see the Paint the Night Parade illuminate Main Street, U.S.A. with its vibrant floats and brilliant lights. Halloween Time and the Holidays are also extra special at the Disneyland Resort. Check out the Disney Parks Blog to learn about other events and festivals – there's always something magical on the horizon.

Carol, I hope this information has added some pixie dust to your planning. Wishing you a trip full of smiles, joy, and unforgettable core memories.
