Hello, I will be switching resorts during my up coming trip I was wondering will Disney transfer my luggage from one resort to the other of I am going to the parks that day? Or do I have to take it? Thanks

    Hi Francis!

    Welcome to planDisney!

I am so excited to see that your vacation is coming up!  I cannot wait to return to the Most Magical Place on Earth.  It is true to say that many procedures have been modified with the re-opening of the theme parks, and Bell Services has undergone some adjustments.  Your luggage can still be transferred to another Disney Resort hotel for you, just drop it at Bell Services on the day you are changing hotels, and they will move it for you.  Once you arrive at your second Resort hotel you can either collect it yourself, or call Bell Services from your room.  Luggage cannot be delivered to your room unless you are present.

During the phased re-opening of Walt Disney World, we may need a little more considered and careful planning, but our vacations to Walt Disney World Resort can still be a magical experience.  Please read this information about Returning to a World of Magic, and Disney Resort Hotels: Know Before You Go, and keep your eye on the Disney Parks Blog for all the latest official updates as they are announced.

We know you have many questions about what this all means for your upcoming visit.  Please know we are working to be able to answer your questions as quickly as possible, and we look forward to providing an update as soon as we have more information to share.  Come back and ask as many questions as you like!  We are always happy to help you plan your vacation.
